To join TIF as a Service Provider (SP), an institution, organization, or company DOES NOT have first to become a member of TERNET.

An education or research institution that is subscribed to TERNET membership, and has the desire to share resources as a Service Provider, can freely request membership to the TIF and can be admitted into TIF at no cost. The organization has to formally apply for membership by filling out this form, and must also commit to being bound by the TERNET Identity Federation Policy and the various addenda.

Organizations that are not subscribed to RENU membership, and have the desire to join the TIF as an SP only,  can join through a different application process under non-member terms. Please contact the TERNET Secretariat for more details.
