To join TIF as an Identity Provider (IdP), an institution, organization, or company has to first become a member of TERNET.

An education or research institution that is subscribed to TERNET, and has a desire to access services or resources hosted by other research or education institutions can freely request for membership to the TIF as an IdP. The organization will be admitted into TIF at no cost after they have formally applied for membership by filling out this form, and have also committed to being bound by the TERNET Identity Federation Policy and the various addenda.
